Empowering based on the leadership and hierarchy in the organization (R. P. Vecchio, J.E. Justin, C.L. Pearce, 2010). If the Organizational employees are skilled or knowledgeable, the leader should delegate power to the subordinates. Empowering drives employees to motivate and leader can easily align them to achieve the target in their own way (Alpender, 1991). Empowering employees to build effective communication within the management and the worker. A leader should keep the door open to feel free to convenes. As a Leader should believe their subordinates and have to create autonomy through limits. Empowering is not only achieving targets, let them handle conflicts when arise.

Human Resource Manager and the Management of the organization are responsible for empowering employees. Nevertheless, most of the employees facing lack of empowering within the organizations. Public Sector organization employees facing these kinds of issues more than private sector employees. Public sector employees cannot cross the limits, rules and regulations because of less flexibility and it has a direct impact on the government.  This may occur dissatisfaction of the job role, decrease morale and Public sector employees can’t see their career growth in this way. They are limited to a frame.

Empowering employees can negatively affect to the organizations as well. Employees might misuse their power and making the wrong decisions can create major issues. Therefore, empowering employees have to have a proper procedure.
