It is very important for an organization to have business spread all over the world for organizational growth low cost in dealing with own offices.
How globalization involves in HR
When planning in locating new branches internationally, it requires globalization in human resource management to update their methods up to international standards. It requires few senior management and experienced staff to relocate to handle their day to day work.
The challenging task will be for HRM when globalization it requires to understand the cultural differences in and outside the workplace, how they manage things related to a work environment, how they behave to a situation and by compliance with legal authorities for labour law (Natter, 2018).
Globalization opens a chance to outsource employees globally and it creates job opportunities. Recently Knowledge sharing jobs became more popular in the market globalization allows employees to work in different locations at the same time.
The recruiting process in the globalized organization, HRM will have additional expenses such as visa, insurance, Flight tickets, Medical cost etc. Therefore, they have to take these things into consideration while recruiting local employees in foreign countries. Moreover, Employers will have challenges in long-distance communication for gathering information from employees.
